This depends on how you signed up. Did you make an account on our website? If so, did you pick a subscription plan at that time? If yes, then you can log into your account and can cancel there. This is also the case if you are using an Android device.
Alternatively, if you are using an iPhone and did not subscribe online, then you would have subscribed from an In-App Purchase. If this is the case, you will need to go into Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. From here you can cancel your subscription.
This depends on how you signed up. If you subscribed on our website then you can request a refund by email or the contact form. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, you may have subscribed via In-App Purchase, you must contact Apple to request a refund.
